* We helps you get millions more eyeballs to your property. Instead of advertising/marketing your property on your own, you can use our service to list on REALTOR.ca (and many other websites). Unlike a full-service listing, you’ll be showing your home to buyers.

*The MLS® flat fee listing is good for 3 months. In the unlikely event that your home has still not sold within that time, you can always renew it! To extend your listing (after 3 months), the fee is $350.

*You don’t have to pay any real estate commissions to us when you sell. The only fee we charge is the flat-fee for listing. When you list your property, you can decide what commission you’d like to offer a buyers agent.
